What are the most reliable/trustworthy tools for creating offline text-based keypairs which do not involve javascript/browser tools, Electrum, or tools that require a file to be stored (e.g. Bitcoin Core's wallet.dat)? Thanks

I am looking for tools that will give me a public address to which I can send funds along with a text-based private key by which I can sweep the funds later (it doesn't matter if this is a string of mixed up characters or a passphrase of mixed up words). A Linux command line tool would be ideal. I would like to avoid:
  1. Javascript : I've read that JS tools are known to occasionally create invalid keypairs.
  2. Electrum : I've read that Electrum does not follow all bitcoin standards making funds hard to retrieve if support for Electrum ceases.
  3. Data files : I would like to be able to access the funds using text only, no stored files.
Thank you for any advice you can provide.

Now that HD (hierarchically deterministic) wallets have been added to Bitcoin Core, is it now easier to create a cold storage wallet, sign offline transactions, and broadcast signed transactions using only Bitcoin Core?

If so, can you provide instructions on how to do this?
(It's a PITA to maintain a separate Armory on top of Bitcoin Core.)

With all of the talk about Bitcoin thefts, please, can we have an ELI5 step-by-step on how to create a paper/offline wallet?

I have absolutely no idea how to create a paper wallet. I've read steps but it just still does not click for me why it is safe, and a few of the steps are confusing. I want to continue to advocate Bitcoin, but how can I if I can't teach another person how to secure their BTC?

Create wallet offline like Bitcoin? Signing transactions offline?

Can I create a wallet offline with the Peercoin client? Would I then just backup the wallet.dat to a secure location?
Also, is there a Peercoin wallet similar to Electrum which has the feature to sign transactions offline? I'm looking for ways to send PTC without having to import the private key, or transferring the wallet.dat, onto a computer with an internet connection.
Security tips would be great!

I created a Bitcoin address/private key using a key of characters I memorized, in hopes of having an offline wallet that I can't lose. It's all working, but after importing the address to a wallet, how do I keep these funds from moving to another address in my wallet for no reason?

First off, I'll admit I'm not the most Bitcoin-savvy person out there. I just wanted to use a unique method to, well, protect my Bitcoin funds from myself. I understand this isn't the most secure method of storing BTC, but I really want to make this work.
I used this website: https://bitcointools.appspot.com/
I have an arbitrary string of characters that I memorized ages ago, and was hoping to use it to have access to a bitcoin wallet that I couldn't lose in any way whatsoever. This would be possible due to me using a key saved in my brain to gain full access to an address. Cool idea, and I managed to get it working and funded, but whenever I import the address into an existing wallet, I can't for the life of me use those funds without my wallet program transferring the entirety of it to my wallet's first address at the same time for some reason.
For example, here's the address that I generated through the SHA256 thing:
http://blockchain.info/address/14HRERUL4jRYN7U6q9qtLF2NCU7BBvAdf6
Yay, it works! However, when I try to send money somewhere, this shit happens:
http://blockchain.info/tx/f9643b22ca630e8d4bb648d5f5a869e0858bcab579da70d61de934208e43b329
The address ending in BT is the address that came by default in my Android Bitcoin Wallet program. Despite changing the address which I created using my mental key to being the default address inside the program itself, I can't for the life of me keep the damn thing from sending the rest of the balance over to this one:
http://blockchain.info/address/1KtjYSKaCXcKuVW3yQYC56SgRt9cmmf3BT
This is defeating the point for me, because I have no quick way of memorizing the private key to access the BT address.
What can I do? I don't want multiple addresses, I just want this one. I can't find a way to "delete" addresses in the wallet to only keep this one, and even if I could, I'm somewhat worried I'll accidentally send all my funds into an abyss, which is the exact opposite of what I'm trying to accomplish by having an address that I can fully access using information stored in my brain.
Is the answer going to be that I simply can't use the address without this happening as a result? That I need to store it and leave it alone?
Thanks for your help, guys.

HAC: a huge criptocurrency that can be mined with CPU in BTC 2010 stage
Do you imagine mining Bitcoin in 2010? Well, what about mining a huge cryptocurrency in 2020 that it is currently in Bitcoin 2010 stage:
Browsing crypto ecosystem I found this "new" coin: Hacash HAC that is currently being mined only by CPUs and by only few miners. All the credit goes to KenYou that built a Pool:
http://miner.hacashpool.com and at this moment we are around 200 miners. You can start mining right away with your CPU in like 10 minutes.
We don't know who created this coin but it is huge. This coin has not been listed on big exchanges yet because they are currently working on the paperwork to make this possible. However it can be swaped at Uniswap for ETH in order to solve early trading issues.
I am not the owner or creator nor designer of this coin, but if you have any questions we will try to help.
