Need some input here. About 4 days ago I moved some bitcoin from my FOG account to a Monero XMR wallet. It gave me a receiving address which I provided to the FOG account and FOG instantly deducted my 400 dollar plus amount. I have not seen the bitcoin transferred to my Monero wallet not has it bounced and been returned back to my FOG account. All my bitcoin is simply missing. Could anyone advise on what may have happened and/or how I can track this or seek help?

I sent $300+ to Bitcoin fog today and 5 hours later it still hasn't showed up. I can see the deposit and that it went to the correct address in blockchain.info. I've sent multiple notes to support through the site but no luck so far. The address I'm using is http://foggeddriztrcar2.onion. Anyone else having issues? Edit: Issue is resolved, hardware problem on their side
So i sent some money to bitcoin fog to have them tumbled almost 4 hours ago and there is still nothing in my wallet on bitcoin fog. does anyone have any experience with this tumbler? how long does it usually take to trsnsfer?
Please help, I cannot withdraw my money from Bitcoin-fog
Hello, I have tried to follow the guidance of the forums and internet searches regarding tumbling coins with bitcoin-fog and am stuck. When I input my blockchain address from the receive money tab and the full amount in my bitcoin-fog account and hit "submit withdrawal" nothing happens. I have been trying off and on for a week. I have tried using 5% less than what is in my account in case the transaction fee was the problem. I have contacted support twice and not heard back. The total is displayed at the top by my username on bitcoin-fog currently, before and after trying to make a withdrawal. I have tried Firefox once and usually try with Tor Browser.
Me and many other users on the forums are currently experiencing delays and difficulties seeing BTC transferred through Bitcoin Fog. I would recommend laying off of Bitcoin Fog until the issues are sorted out
I was using the bitcoinfog service with tor - the correct one via tor not the apparently scam one, though this ALSO proves to be - had used 5 or 6 times, no issues, until 2 days ago. made a deposit into my coinfog account. the made a withdrawal, no money received at destination and so went to open my coinfog account....i wasnt able too, my login details no longer recognised???! so, my money has gone and now my account cannot be accessed....searched the net and found lots of others reporting the same....apparently coinfg will say one of two things, either youve been hacked or youve typed password in wrong...really lame....my money taken AND my account no longer accessible.... do not do not use coin fog - research yourself....thanks
I read a post recently where the OP was complaining about Bitcoin Fog frequently being down and being unreliable. If I need to tumble my coins in the future, should I be worried about not being able to immediately use their service? If so, can you recommend any other tumblers?
About 3 weeks ago I deposited coins into Bitcoin Fog. I then used blockchain explorer to verify that they were transferred to my bitcoin fog wallet that day. Now I get off work to find that my bitcoinfog balance is still 0.00000. I'm not totally skookum on this so any help is appreciated
So I tumbled my coins with Bitcoin Fog, and in the process the malleability issue and the SR heist went down. This meant that my withdrawal from Fog was delayed, and I just got a support message saying the issue was cleared up and my coins went to the address, which the blockchain verifies. So I guess my question is, do you all think SR will come back and I'll have access to that wallet again (so I can withdraw immediately) or should I write the coins off as gone forever? Are there any ways to move those coins out of the wallet without access to my SR account?
Another guy who lost money to Bitcoin Fog, more evidence that they are SCAMMERS
I lost >$350AUD in BTC after suddenly being "Unable to log in with provided information" into my account. No reply from customer support after over a month. I don't know why more people aren't aware of these incidences. Their reputation should be a lot worse than it is. If anyone has a story of how they got their money back, that would be helpful
I was looking at bitcoin fog, and I was wondering if someone has used it before, and what their story is? I was on bitcointalk and saw bitcoin fog thread and some people say they are scammers because the did not get their btc back, and some say they got their btc just took a while, and couple of times the owner chimed in saying "technical difficulties" and I read that one point that people were getting phished. Please let me know if you use something different from bitcoin fog, Thanks!
